To begin, you will need a medical prescription detailing a 3-month treatment. If you don’t have one, we offer teleconsultations with certified doctors who can provide it.
1. Access Rappi: Go to the Rappi website using your computer’s web browser.
2. Address Pop-Up: Upon entering the site, a pop-up will request your address. Enter “Carrera 56 # 152-77 – Ste 58 in Bogotá” in the address field. In the “Address Description” field, enter the email address or phone number that will be used for the order on IISHOexpress.com.
3. Create an Account/Log In: If you are a new user, you will need to create an account. If you already have an account, simply log in.
4. Navigate to the Pharmacy Section: Look for a section or tab labeled “Pharmacies” or “Health” and click on it.
5. Explore Products: Browse through the available products or search for specific items using the search bar.
6. Add to Cart: Add the products and medications you wish to purchase to your cart.
7. Proceed to Payment: Once you have added all the desired items to your cart, proceed to payment.
8. Place Order: Review your order and click the button to place the order. You will receive a confirmation and can track the delivery status online
These steps will guide you through the process of ordering pharmacy products on Rappi using the website.
We will provide you with the FDA form that you need to fill out. This form is essential for the export of medications.
If your prescription is from a private doctor, you will need to attach an invoice from the doctor to validate the prescribed treatment.
We require a photocopy of your ID card and your passport to confirm your identity.
We will send you a Letter of Responsibility that you will need to sign and return to confirm that you are taking responsibility for the sent products.
Once all the documents and products are in our warehouse in Bogotá, we will proceed to package them and send them in a single package for your convenience.
